How it works

1. Introduce us. Email us their name and a line about what they need, or connect us directly. We'll take it from there and keep you in the loop.
2. We do the work. We scope the project, send a proposal, and — if it's a fit — deliver the work the way we always do.
3. You get paid. Once the job is signed, delivered, and the invoice clears, we send your referral fee. No strings.

What you earn

It works the same for both sides of what we do:

• Website & project work — 10% of the one-time project fee.
• SEO & monthly programs — these have a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee. We add the setup fee and the first month together, and your referral fee is 10% of that combined amount (still capped at $500). It is not 10% of the setup plus a full month's fee, and it is not a cut of the ongoing monthly payments — it's a single one-time thank-you.

When you get paid

We only pay out on real, completed business — never on a lead that fizzles. Your fee is due once all three of these are true:

• The client has signed and the project is underway.
• The work has been delivered (or, for monthly programs, the first month is complete).
• The client's invoice has cleared.

Once those are met, we send your fee within 30 days, by whatever method is easiest for you.

The fine print

• New introductions only. The referral has to be a business we aren't already talking to. We credit the first person to introduce a given lead.
• 90-day window. If the lead signs with us within 90 days of your introduction, you're covered.
• One fee per client. The referral fee is a one-time thank-you on the first project we sell, not a recurring commission.
• Taxes are yours. The fee is income to you; you're responsible for any taxes on it.
• This is an informal thank-you program, not a brokerage or partnership, and we may adjust it for future referrals at any time. Anything already introduced is honored under the terms above.
